This policy explains how Ultimate EP handles your information. It covers the Ultimate EP plugin for Windows and the Ultimate EP app for iPhone and iPad (coming soon). We collect as little as possible.

The iPhone & iPad app

The app does not collect any personal data. It does not require an account, does not ask for your name or email address, and does not track you.

The Windows plugin

When you buy the plugin, our payment provider handles your purchase and payment details and emails you your download link and serial number. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can provide your licence and support. We never see your card details.

When you activate the plugin, it contacts our licensing server once to check that your serial number is valid. After that, it works offline.

Data stored on your device

Your settings and saved presets are stored only on your own device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.

Analytics and advertising

The app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking tools.

MIDI and audio

The app uses MIDI input from connected keyboards purely to play sounds. It does not record or transmit what you play.

Children

Because the app collects no personal data, it does not collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
